During our recent family vacation at Zamecek, the experience was a mixed bag. Nestled in a stunning picturesque area, the hotel offers beautiful views from both our room and the restaurant balcony, where my daughters and I began each morning with an exceptional breakfast-rich in freshness and variety. Our family adored the activities available nearby, particularly the hiking trails that sparked our curiosity and kept us engaged. My wife and I enjoyed skiing while the younger ones explored safe paths, aided by helpful staff. It's crucial to note the overall management fell short of expectations, as we faced multiple inconveniences during our stay. While the amenities and friendly staff were commendable, the hotel's infrastructure and reception need significant improvements to truly cater to families.
